product management

in a previous world, i was a product manager. at the hypercorporation, it was made clear i could not be one there. which was fine. i drifted closer to customers, and eventually closer to something called support, which everyone wants and needs and no one will pay for.

anyway, now that i can do such things, i am getting ready to release a product, a piece of software. it's a lot more fun to do what i think makes sense in this scenario. the downside is, the only business model is going to be scaled human support. because i suspect that people are ready, finally, to pay for it when they want it.

well, either way, it is a cool program and it will last forever (that's part of the spiel).
